At UK Grains, we work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders. Our delivery services are managed through Parcel Force for nationwide parcel dispatch.

General Delivery Information
- All orders are shipped via express delivery (1β2 business days) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Deliveries are made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday).
- Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the quantity of products in your cart. The more you order β the lower the rate per unit.
- Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
- Delivery dates may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or carrier delays. UK Grains is not liable for delays once orders have been handed over to the carrier.
Order Cut-Off Times for Next-Day Dispatch
To qualify for next working day delivery, your order must be placed and confirmed by the following cut-off times:
- Parcel Deliveries: Orders must be placed by 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday) to allow sufficient time for processing before the 4:00 PM Parcel Force collection.
- Pallet Deliveries: Orders must be placed by 11:30 noon (Monday to Friday) to ensure they are processed and booked on the portal the same day.
Orders placed after these cut-off times will be processed the following working day.
Friday Orders
All orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Shipping Costs (UK Mainland Only)
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the quantity of products in your cart. The more you order β the lower the rate per unit.

Order by the pallet β and save
For even greater efficiency, we encourage customers to order in full pallet quantities.
This helps streamline our fulfilment and logistics, and weβre happy to pass on the benefit – full pallet orders qualify for free delivery across the UK Mainland.
Remote areas
- For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Offshore destinations, a flat rate of Β£21.95 per parcel applies β whether the item is a case or a bag.
Order tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor delivery progress.
Unsuccessful deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a calling card or notification. Please follow the instructions provided to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If the parcel is returned to us and no contact is made within 14 days, your order will be refunded, and the goods returned to stock.
Returns & Cancellations
- We aim to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their orders. Our returns policy is designed to reflect the different needs of business and individual customers.
For individual (B2C) customers
- This applies to private customers purchasing goods for personal use.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
Once an order has been prepared for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns
- You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery (cooling-off period), as per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Returned products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or delivered in error.
- Refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods.
For business (B2B) customers
This applies to registered companies and professional buyers.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed and may be subject to approval.
Returns
- Returns are only accepted if the goods are faulty, damaged during transit, or delivered incorrectly.
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- All returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Return requests for non-faulty goods are subject to our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.

Items out of stock
If for any reason, a product you have ordered has become out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to inform you of your new delivery date and/or offer a suitable replacement.
